The University of Northwestern – St. Paul, in In accordance with applicable federal and state laws and university policies, does not in principle and practice , such as Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act and ADA Amendments, the University of Northwestern – St. Paul does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, national or ethnic origin, age, disability, medical status, status with regard to public assistance, genetic makeup (including family medical history), status as a veteran, or other applicable protected class status.
