We've shared our home with people for 25+ years so enjoy people and are very flexible about hours and schedules. I do not require a contract or lease but do have a list of basic house rules agreement. And we do a background check to ensure everyone's safety. We've hosted all different ages and stages and many from Northwestern, our current Northwestern housemate lived here for several years and is now graduating :)
