- Accessing the class list (roster) in Self-Service Banner
- Accessing and sending email from Northwestern’s email system
- Knowing how to report any cybersecurity or technology concerns to Information Technology
- Uploading a course syllabus for the current term to the Learning Management System
- Submitting Joint Intervention referrals for any of the following concerns about students: Personal, Medical, Academic, or Retention
