We have UNW has partnered with Proctorio to provide a safe and secure online test testing environment for some of our courses. If your course will be using Proctorio for a quiz or exam you will need to review the following information. You will need a webcam to take a test with Proctorio.
Getting Ready for Your Proctored Exam
- Make sure you have a webcam that is connected and operational.
- Download Google Chrome if you don't already have it. You will need to use Chrome for proctored exams.
- Download the Proctorio Chrome extension.
- Review Proctorio's system requirements. See the System Requirements page for more information.
During My Exam
You will access your the exam on through your Moodle course. When you start your proctored exam, you will be prompted to perform certain tasks based on the settings your instructor chose has selected for the exam. These may include showing your photo ID, adjusting your webcam or scanning your room with your webcam.
