Using the Installed PC at the podium

*For Teams Meetings/Calls/Recording, use the PC at the podium to get full access to camera settings.

  1. Login to your account on the PC.

  1. Turn on the displays by selecting the On button on the top right of the screen under Display.

You can change the video display by selecting laptop, HDMI, or doc cam. You may also mute the displays by selecting video mute.

  1. Click Microphones Controls to adjust the microphone levels. Drag the sliders of the microphone to your preference. To mute any microphones, click the mute button above the slider. To adjust the microphone at the podium, adjust the bar called Podium. Ceiling microphones capture the room audio for Teams/virtual meetings only. When finished, click close to go back to the Home Screen.

  1. To adjust camera settings, click Camera Controls. To adjust the position of the camera, use the arrows. The camera also has a tracking feature. To use that feature, select start tracking. Return Home, Close up, and Wide shot can be selected and adjusted to users preference. When finished click close to go back to the Home Screen.

  1. The Doc Cam can be found inside the drawer on the side of the AV cart. To project the Doc Cam, select it as the source on the touch panel. If the Doc Cam doesn’t appear, check to make sure that the it's turned on. There is a power button found on the base.

  1. When finished using the system Turn off the Displays by selecting “Off” under “Display”.

Using Personal/Work Laptop

*Camera settings will not work for Teams Meetings/Calls/Recordings on Personal/Work Laptops.

  1. Connect your personal laptop to the HDMI, using an adapter if you need.

  1. Turn on the displays by selecting the on button on the top right of the screen under display. Select Laptop HDMI to project your screen onto the displays.

To control volume from your laptop, adjust the Speaker Mix slider. You can change the video display by selecting Laptop HDMI or Doc Cam. You may also mute the displays by selecting Video Mute.

  1. When finished using the system, turn off the displays by selecting off. Then, Unplug the HDMI and Adapter from your laptop.

For Personal/Work Laptops, you can not connect to system’s camera and mics for Teams/virtual meetings. If you are want to use the space for a Teams/virtual meeting, please use the installed PC.
