Students who miss a scheduled examination other than the final examination may, at the instructor's discretion, make up the exam in the ALPHA Writing Center. The instructor is to submit the examination, along with the completed ALPHA Center Exam Intake Form, to the ALPHA Writing Center. The ALPHA Writing Center provides a supervised location for individual make-up exams and students approved by DOSS Disability Services requiring alternative testing conditions. ALPHA The Writing Center does not provide services to proctor tests or give examinations to an entire class.
