- To complete a B.A. or B.S. degree, all students are required to complete 40 credits of upper-level (3000 and 4000 level) coursework.
- For transfer students, credits taken at other institutions considered to be upper level at University of Northwestern will be included in the 40-credit upper-level requirement for graduation.
