Overview
Every device that connects to the internet has a unique identifier called a MAC Address. Random/Rotating MAC Address features are a common feature to make it difficult to keep track of your device, intended to make it harder for attackers to target your device. However, this causes issues on the UNW network.
You must disable the feature on your device that randomizes the MAC address (physical or hardware address) as this can prevent or invalidate your registration on the UNW network. Please

---|
Note: that you will need to disable this for each network: UNW Wireless and Eagles. |
