Password Reset Tools
The tools listed below will both reset your UNW Student account password. The difference is which website is being used.
Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset Portal

This method is available for those who have registered security information. If you haven’t yet, check out Getting started with Microsoft Authenticator or add your personal email at aka.ms/mysecurityinfo. |
Enter your UNW email (username@students.unwsp.edu) and enter the characters shown in the image or words heard in the audio, then click Next.
Complete your security verification method (email, code or push notification). Click Next if needed.
Set your new UNW account password, then click Finish.
