Access the MyPassword page: https://mypassword.unwsp.edu
You can modify your password in two ways:
Password Change: You will need to know your current password in order to use this option.
Password Reset: If you do not know your old password, you can use the Self-Service Password Reset portal.

For a password reset, your cell phone number must be accurate. If your cell phone number is inaccurate or missing, update your personal information here.

Password Reset Tools
The tools listed below will both reset your UNW Student account password. The difference is which website is being used.
Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset Portal

Enter your UNW email (username@students.unwsp.edu) and enter the characters shown in the image or words heard in the audio, then click Next.
Complete your security verification method (email, code or push notification). Click Next if needed.
Set your new UNW account password, then click Finish.
