According to the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) requirements, all students must take essential academic skills examinations, content and pedgegogy pedagogy exams prior to being eligible for a Tier 4 3 Minnesota teaching license. The essential academic skills testing requirement is required prior to full admittance into the School of Education Teacher Education Program and the Student Teaching Program. MTLE Pedagogy and Content exams are required for licensure. |
