All nursing students are required to complete a Background Disclosure Form during the application process and upload it to Student PassportATI Compliance Manager. The School of Nursing will address any issues at that time. Upon acceptance into the UNWSP School Approximately 3 months prior to the start of Nursing Courses, students will complete the online process for the MN DHS NetStudy 2.0 background study as well as the National Background Check. Costs incurred for background studies are the student’s responsibility. Results need to be uploaded to Student PassportATI Compliance Management. |
