What is Teams?

Accessing Teams

  1. To access Teams, sign into Office 365 with your email and normal password.

  2. From the main page click on the Teams icon or you can also navigate up to the upper left side of the window and click on the App Launcher and select Teams.

  3. Although you can access Teams from a web browser, we recommend using the desktop app for the best user experience. Once you load Teams in a browser you should be prompted to download the desktop app.
