Purposes of the School of Nursing
- Implement a Christ-centered, biblically based, service-focused nursing curriculum through a blended-learning approach to course design;
- Prepare graduates for entry-level, beginning professional nursing practice equipped with the skills and abilities required of nurse generalists;
- Support graduates as they prepare for future ministry and service opportunities which they desire to pursue;
- Equip graduates for life-long learning, professional growth, and graduate studies;
- Partner with University of Northwestern - St. Paul’s academic community to contribute to the growth and on-going development of the university;
- Provide supportive nursing services within the surrounding local communities through service-learning opportunities.
