Make-Up Tests in ALPHA
Students who miss a scheduled examination other than the final examination may, at the instructor's discretion, make up the exam in the ALPHA Center. The instructor is to submit the examination, along with the completed ALPHA Center Exam Intake Form, to the ALPHA Center. The ALPHA Center provides a supervised location for individual make-up exams and students approved by DOSS requiring alternative testing conditions. ALPHA does not provide services to proctor tests or give examinations to an entire class.
