Course Evaluations
The University of Northwestern – St. Paul Course Evaluation forms are available in the Academic Affairs Office. Faculty members should plan to administer one form for each course near the end of the final class session. Completed evaluation forms should be placed in an envelope and returned to the Academic Affairs Office.
