Labels and headings are useful for organizing content on your course site home page and within assignment descriptions or pages.

Labels

You can create and edit labels on your course site home page. These items help to categorize the content on your page, which in turn makes your course easier to navigate. Some possible label configurations: organizing items by due date, item type, activity type, chronological order, etc.

Headings

On pages within your course site, you can use headings to separate your page information into subcategories. This also breaks up the page in a way that is accessible to a screen reader device. To make text into a heading, you will highlight the text, then select the paragraph styles item in the editor. Select which heading level you want to the test to be, and then save the page.
