Core Curriculum Policies
- Students matriculating prior to fall 2021 may choose to graduate under the current Core Curriculum or they may change to the new Core Curriculum. However, a change to the new fall 2021 Core Curriculum also requires that they meet all requirements in their major in the most recently published catalog at the time of the major change. Degree completion timelines apply.
- Students matriculating prior to fall 2021 who change their major may choose to graduate with the current Core Curriculum or the new fall 2021 Core Curriculum. Preference should be declared in the Registrar’s Office at the same time the change of major is filed.
- Students matriculating during the 2021-2022 academic year may file an Academic Policy Exception Request to complete their undergraduate degree with the pre-2021-2022 core curriculum requirements.
- Post-Baccalaureate and Senior Transfer students matriculating to the Nursing program in Summer 2021 or Fall 2021 will complete their undergraduate degrees with the pre-2021-2022 core curriculum requirements.
