Refund of Tuition and Fees
  • If a student withdraws from a course after classes begin, a refund of the tuition, if any, is determined as of the withdrawal date.
  • If a student withdraws from the university, the amount of the refund is determined as of the date a completed student termination notice is submitted online to the office of Student Success and Retention. Board and room payments are refunded in proportion to the time the student has been in residence. Additionally, there is a calculation to determine what portion(s) of financial aid will be returned to the respective aid programs. The Financial Aid Office will determine this.
