Overview

  • Adobe Creative Cloud licenses are given out to those who request it (submit an IT ticket) and get approval from their manager and IT.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud licenses are user-based for employees and device-based for shared workstations (student workers, computer labs)

  • All Adobe Creative Cloud licenses authenticate using a Federated ID which syncs with a UNW account.

Remove previously installed Creative Cloud Applications

  1. Have the IT Service Desk assist in removing old applications/licenses.

Install Creative Cloud Application

  1. Open Software Center (Windows) or UNW Self Service (Mac)

  2. Install the Adobe Creative Cloud Application

  3. Wait for install to finish and you’re done!

Install Adobe Applications

  1. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud Application

  2. Sign In using your UNW Credentials

  3. Choose what applications/font you would like to install by clicking on Install under the app
