Getting Started With Dynamic Forms

Dynamic Forms provides departments with the opportunity to replace current paper or fillable pdf forms with web based ones that support secure e-signature collection, complex approval routing, data validation, automated BDM uploading/indexing and more.

The decision to use Dynamic Forms can be made by any department on campus, however each department will need to designate one or more users to fill each of the following roles -

  • Form Admin (Required)
  • Form Request Manager (Required)
  • Form Builder (Optional)

IT will provide regular training sessions for each of these roles throughout the year.
