The IT Service Desk at UNW has limited capacity for supporting personal computers/devices that have major software or hardware issues. In the event that we cannot repair or resolve an issue with a personal device. We list the following services to provide additional support beyond what we are capable of offering.

For all devices we recommend a local company called GopherMods. They offer support for most Windows computers, Apple devices, and most smart phones.
