Create New Media - Aquira

New and unique Media is needed for every new “spot” that will run. This tells Zetta the correct audio to schedule and play in the log.

To create new Aquira Media:

  1. Navigate to Creative > Media. Click “New.”

  2. Fill out the General Details

    1. Short Name

    2. Name

    3. Select Advertiser from the dropdown.

    4. Select one or more Voices.

    5. Enter a Duration (in seconds)

    6. Start/End Time, Clips, and Day of Week can be ignored.

  3. Fill out the Automation Code Details.

    1. Select your Automation Code Range from the dropdown.

    2. Click “Set Live” if required (this is used for spots that will be Live Reads where confirmation/validation is needed from Zetta)

    3. Ignore Default Start / End / Kill Dates (NOTE: These have no impact on Aquira or Zetta and are only useful for situations with multiple automation servers)

    4. Check the box next to “Zetta.”

    5. Click the * in the Automation Code box - Aquira will assign the next available number.

    6. Start / End / Kill Dates can (should) be entered to keep Aquira and Zetta clean.

      1. Start & End Dates will restrict playback in Zetta based on the dates assigned.

      2. Kill Date will tell Zetta to delete the asset on that date. It is also used in Aquira to purge media and free up Automation Codes for use again.

  4. Click “Save.”
