UNW Sponsored Trip

If any of the following options below are true then the trip would be considered a UNW Sponsored Trip.

  • Trip expenses will be paid by UNW or funds set aside by UNW for professional development, grants, or a UNW-organized fundraising event
  • Participating students WILL receive UNW credit on their transcript
  • UNW is advertising the trip
  • UNW employees are organizing the trip as part of a departmental experience for employees or students
  • Trip Leader is using UNW email or letterhead in communications about the trip to participants
  • The trip is endorsed by UNW
  • The Trip Leader is under UNW contract while leading the trip.
  • No labels
