Extension of Protocols

Yesterday, Dr. Cureton communicated that our COVID protocols will be extended. As we have seen a recent increase in COVID cases on campus, we are reminded of how quickly circumstances can change. Your leadership continues to play a critical role in the success of our protocols. Thank you for continuing to uphold the current protocols in your own actions and modeling to help enforce them within our academic settings (classrooms and labs). If needed, feel free to reference and use the talking points developed by the Academic Continuity Team when working with students who may be reluctant to wear a face covering.

Preparing for Quad 2

Seating Charts

If you are teaching a class that begins Quad 2, please remember to create a seating chart for your class and upload it to the Moodle site. As a reminder, seating charts for each course and section must be submitted to the Health Services Seating Chart site on Moodle. This will allow Health Services to quickly access seating charts when needed. You can find instructions on how to create, share, and submit a seating chart here. If you have questions about submitting these files to Moodle, please contact Mark Henderson.

Syllabus Statement

In addition to creating a seating chart, please also ensure you are using the most current COVID Syllabus Statement which can be found on the Faculty Guidance page. If you have any questions about this statement, please contact Cheryl Norman
