Academic Warning
  • Students who are in Good Academic Standing (based on their cumulative grade point average [GPA]) whose semester GPA is below 2.0 are placed on Academic Warning beginning with the following semester.
  • A student, while on academic warning, is strongly encouraged to:
    • attend a strategizing meeting with the office for Academic Achievement Program Manager for Academic Programs,
    • make contact with his/her advisor to determine any major-specific requirements of his/her GPA,
    • consult with Registrar about grade improvement strategies.
