DSST (DANTES Standardized Subject Tests)
- Credits earned through achieving acceptable scores on DSST examinations will be accepted.
- Individual departments/schools and/or colleges may specify the exact courses required to fill requirements.
- Application of DSST credits is at the discretion of the department/school under which the course falls, or of the Registrar if the credit falls under no specific department/school as defined by University of Northwestern. Specific information, including courses and requirements, may be found on myUNW and under the Registrar’s Office on the public web site.
- A student may receive a maximum of 32 semester credits by way of DSST or other standardized examinations.
