“Students will be evaluated each clinical day/week with “E” “S” “N” or “U”. In order to pass the clinical component of the course, no less than “S” must be earned in each expectation.” 

Final Clinical Evaluations for each course will be placed in the student’s department file. (See pp. 79-82 below for Competency Performance Evaluation Tool for Clinical.)
