10.6 Competency Performance Evaluation Tool for Clinical

“Students will be evaluated each clinical day/week with “E” “S” “N” or “U”. In order to pass the clinical component of the course, no less than “S” must be earned in each expectation.” 

Final Clinical Evaluations for each course will be documented in Moodle.
