  1. Login to Horizon

  2. Find the desktop pool that you are trying to get into and click on the 3 dots in the lower right corner of that pool

  3. Choose the “restart” option.  This could take a couple of minutes.  If for some reason this doesn’t work, the “reset” option is more powerful version of the “restart” option.

  4. If for some reason these actions don’t resolve the issue, you’ll need to reach out to the Service DeskIT support:
