- My Password: this option will take you to change your password. Your new password must be different from your old password and it must also meet the following requirements:
- It needs include at least 8 characters.
- It needs to have at least one of these three characteristics: uppercase, lowercase, and numbers (no symbols)
- It may not contain part of your name.
Note My Questions: It is highly recommended to setup your security questions for they will be used if you forget your password.

Click Change to complete the password change. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your password has been changed.
Resetting a Forgotten or Expired Password
If your password is forgotten or expires, you’ll need to answer the security questions you chose in order to reset your password. If you do not setup your security questions and cannot change your password you will need to call the IT Service Desk at 651-631-5699.
