SolidNetWork License Manager (SNL)

Current Version: 29.1.0.0061 (11.16.5.0) - SW 2021

Needs to be updated before the client

Instructions:

  1. License file does not need to be modified or reloaded, it is permanent
  2. Install new version of SNL
    1. Run SolidWorksSetup.exe as Admin & Unzip
    2. Ignore the reboot message
    3. Select "Install server components"
      1. Upgrade SolidNetWork License Manger
      2. Follow Prompts

Instructions:

  1. Navigate to the S:Drive > Engineering_Shared > Software Installation Files > SolidWorks
  2. Copy both the sldim folder & the SolidWorksSetup file and Paste them in your Downloads folder.
  3. Run the SolidWorksSetup
  4. Ignore the reboot warning. (Click OK).

  5. Chose the Individual (on this computer) option.

  6. Enter the serial number: 9710 0089 8862 5891 6FGK YH79

  7. Follow the installer as prompted until the download and install button ask for a port@server
    1. use 25734@10.80.0.36
