Campus events include, but are not limited to: department meetings, festivals, celebratory gatherings, and student activities hosted by University of Northwestern—St. Paul faculty, staff, and students to support Northwestern's mission and campus life.
- Staff & Faculty event & room requests can be made via Reserve a Room form or by emailing reservearoom@unwsp.edu
- Students' event & room requests can be made via Student Request form
Sponsored Events
A sponsored event is a meeting, activity, or event that is hosted by a University of Northwestern—St. Paul department or by Northwestern Media, but under the auspices of an outside person or organization and primarily attended by people other than Northwestern students, faculty, or staff. In order to host a sponsored event, Vice President approval is needed. More information can be read on the Sponsored Event Policy page.
