title10.10c Midterm and End-Term Clinical Conference Appointments

Each student is

responsible for arranging a conference with the clinical instructor at the end of each clinical rotation. This one-to-one conference provides a time for discussion of the student's overall performance during the rotation in preparation for moving into the next rotation. This requirement must be completed within one week of mid-term, if applicable, and two weeks of the end of

expected to engage in ongoing conversations with their clinical instructor regarding clinical performance. These discussions allow time for the clinical instructor to provide feedback on the Competency Performance Evaluation Tool (CPET) and the student’s overall performance during the rotation.
