Sometimes you may find that you are unable to access your virtual machine. This can happen for a variety of reasons, and thankfully, this is something that is resolvable by the end-user in most situations. The instructions below explain how to perform a reset.

  1. Login to Horizon

  2. Find the desktop pool that you are trying to get into and click on the 3 dots in the lower right corner of that pool

  3. Choose the “restart” option.  This could take a couple of minutes.  If for some reason this doesn’t work, the “reset” option is more powerful version of the “restart” option.

  4. If for some reason these actions don’t resolve the issue, you’ll need to reach out to IT support:
