11.3b Criminal Background Screening
All nursing students are required to complete a Background Disclosure Form during the application process. The School of Nursing will address any issues at that time. Upon acceptance into the UNWSP School of Nursing, students will complete a form authorizing School of Nursing staff to run a background check through Department of Human Services (DHS) Netstudy. Typically, results are returned within 48 hours.
