PIN codes can be used as a backup option if you forget your ID card and need to release a job at a printer.

This article describes how to find your PIN code in the uniFLOW web portal, how to reset your PIN code, and how to use your PIN code at the printer.

Finding your PIN code in the web portal

  • Login to the uniFLOW Web Portal

  • Click on Dashboard in the upper left corner

  • Under the “Identities” section, you should see PIN

  • Hover over the PIN option and click the 3 dots on the right side

  • Click “Show PIN Code” to reveal your PIN

Resetting Your PIN Code

  • Login to the uniFLOW Web Portal

  • Click on Dashboard in the upper left corner

  • Under the “Identities” section, you should see PIN

  • Hover over the PIN option and click the 3 dots on the right side

  • Click “Delete Identity”

  • Then, click “New identity” in the top right of the Identities section

  • Change the dropdown to PIN and click “Save”

  • You can now follow the steps above to find your new PIN code.

Using Your PIN Code at the Printer

  • If you forget your ID card and need to use your PIN at the printer to login, click this icon on the left side of the printer touch panel

  • Enter your PIN using the numpad and tap “Login”
