Sometimes you may find that you are unable to access your virtual machine. This can happen for a variety of reasons, and thankfully, this is something that is resolvable by the end-user in most situations. The instructions below explain how to perform this action:

  1. Login to Horizon

  2. Find the desktop pool that you are trying to get into and click on the 3 dots in the lower right corner of that pool

  3. Choose the “restart” option.  This could take a couple of minutes.  If for some reason this doesn’t work, the “reset” option is more powerful version of the “restart” option.
