Overview 

This catering website was created to simplify the catering order process and to ensure that we are offering everything you need to create the perfect meeting or event. Our goal is to work with you to develop menus and offer an experience perfectly tailored to your needs. While perusing the seasonal menus, you are encouraged to select from any or our exceptional menu items to create your own custom menu.

Request Catering 

Please place your catering order using Catertrax. You will need an account in order to use Catertrax. 

Please create a new account or login with your existing account.  Note: Account credentials are not the same as your Northwestern credentials. 

Department Dining Cards

Department Dining Cards are available for UNW departments to purchase food items/meals in the main café, Heritage Café, or Eagle's Nest.  Purchases must have a business purpose.  Please fill out this form to request a card:  Department Dining Card Request Form

Charges for the card are charged to the account given via a journal entry at the end of each month.   

Gift Cards

We have two options for departments to give gift cards/coupons to employees or guests of the department.

1. For larger amounts (generally $20 or more) we will create actual gift cards that are like the department dining cards. 
2. For smaller amounts we like to do coupons.  Usually, we create $5 coupons that are one use only, no cash back.  However, we can create coupons in any amount. Multiple coupons can be given to make up the total amount you wish to give.  This allows multiple purchases, if desired.

For either option, the department is charged only for the amount that is actually used.
