The IT Service Desk is your first point of contact for technical issues and requests, such as:

  • Northwestern accounts and passwords

  • Campus network access, Internet connectivity, and telephone systems

  • Access to Email, Moodle, theROCK, and other Northwestern applications

  • PC and Mac troubleshooting

  • Software/Application support or questions

Hours of availability:

  • Monday to Thursday - 7:45 am to 7:30 pm

  • Friday - 7:45 am to 5:00 pm
