Overview

Here are some of the most common issues when trying to log into myUNW.

Student Employee Accounts Cannot Access myUNW

You tried to log into myUNW with your student employee account and get the following configuration error message below. Only a few select student employees are able to log into myUNW because their work requires them to do so.

There is a configuration issue with your account. The data in our system does not match the data being sent via authentication. It may be that the email does not match or that your account has not yet been created.

Please note that student employee accounts are not created in myUNW. If you are authenticated via single sign on with your student employee account within a web browser, you will get this error message. You will need to either open up an incognito/private window or use a different browser to log into myUNW with your normal student account.
