Lecture Capture Room Use
This page explains how to use the classroom cameras that are in the back of Youderian (N3079), Riley Great Room (R2300), Nazareth Great Room (N2150) and G227. These cameras can only be used on the classroom PC. The classroom PC views this camera as an ordinary webcam.

These cameras have an auto tracking feature. This feature can be enabled or disabled.
To change these settings, click on Camera Controls.

Changing Camera Controls
Hitting Camera Controls button will bring up the page on the right. You can:
Start Tracking
Stop Tracking
If auto tracking is not desired or appropriate for the setting, Manual control can be used. This is is the section on the left. The camera can be moved up, down, left, and right with the arrows, or zoom in and out.
Prof. Cam to only see the whoever is talking in the front of the room and is the main camera that tracks the speaker.
Class Cam to only see the class.
Pic-n-Pic, the Prof. Cam will be the main view with the Class Cam in the right bottom corner of the Zoom screen.
Cam Swap swaps only between Prof Cam and the Class Cam.
Side-by-Side, Prof. Cam and Class Cam appear next to each other.
In order for Prof. Cam to track the speaker at the front of the room, you need to tap Start Tracking. To stop the tracking, tap Stop Tracking on the touch panel.
The wide shot button will move the cameras view in a position that gives a wide view of the room. The close up button will set the cameras view to where the cart is.
The return to default settings, press Return Home.
