Where is the Berntsen Library?

The Berntsen Library is located on our main Saint Paul campus (see campus map).

Can I use the library space when I'm visiting campus?

Students visiting campus can use library space during the library hours.

Study rooms are available to reserve for individual or group study.

Can I use the library without coming to campus?

The UNW library website provides access to electronic resources. 


Resources

What types of resources does the library provide?

Library resources include but are not limited to print books, eBooks, online journals, and streaming media. Many UNWSP courses require you to make use of library resources.

How do find a resource that I need?

Most resources can be located via Library Search.

More research video tutorials are available on the library's website. These tutorials will help you construct effective searches and learn how to use library tools including catalogs and databases.

Can the library help me with research projects and papers?

Research guides have been compiled to help you quickly find resources grouped by subject, course, or topic.

The library also provides guidance for how to evaluate information and how to properly cite information.
