How can I make the most of my interactions with Career & Leadership Development?

Career & Leadership Development is here to serve you and meet your unique needs. Our career coaches are available for 1:1 appointments (in-personal or virtually) to answer any professional or career-related questions you have. Stop by and introduce yourself next time you are on campus or send us an email (career@unwsp.edu). We would love to build a relationship with you that will extend beyond your time at Northwestern!

What is the difference between a career coach and my academic advisor?

All Dual Enrollment students automatically receive an academic advisor, but a career coach must be requested. While your academic advisor exists to help you choose classes that will fulfill your academic goals, a career coach exists to help you determine your upper-level academic goals (choosing a major, choosing a career, etc.).
