uniFLOW - Scanning features
uniFLOW allows scanning to OneDrive, Teams, email to yourself, and email to others. This article documents how to set up and use each feature.
Scanning to OneDrive, Teams, and emailing others
Emailing others
Login to any uniFLOW printer with your ID card and choose the Scan option
Choose Scan to Exchange Online. This allows you to email your job to another user as if you were the sender.
Search for the user you would like to send this email to, rename the document if desired, and click save.
You can manually add an email using the + icon, or you can search your Outlook contacts and the Global Address List by clicking the directory icon
Adjust any preferences for your scan job.
Click start scan
Click Send when you are ready to send
Scanning to OneDrive
Login to any uniFLOW printer with your ID card and choose the Scan option
Choose Scan to OneDrive for Business. This allows you to save your scan job right into your personal OneDrive.
The default folder is called “uniFLOW Scans” inside your documents folder.
Change the save location using the browse button and rename the document if desired, then click save.
Adjust any preferences for your scan job
Click start scan
Click Send when you are ready to send
Scanning to Teams
Login to any uniFLOW printer with your ID card and choose the Scan option
Choose Scan to Microsoft Teams. This allows you to save your scan job right into a Teams Channel.
Choose the Team and Channel you want to send to using the browse button, click select, confirm change folder and rename the document if desired, then click next. Create a subject and a message since you are technically “posting” your scan to the Temas Channel. Then click Save.

Click start scan
Click Send when you are ready to send
Scanning and emailing to yourself
Login to any uniFLOW printer with your ID card and choose the Scan option
Choose Email Myself. This will send you an email from the uniFLOW system with your scan.
