Printing with WebPrint
Overview
Web Print allows you to print documents without first installing printers and the print client on your personal computers.
Some options in WebPrint are limited:
- Print jobs will be printed with printer default settings: Black and White, Single page
- The following document types can be printed:
- PDF (pdf)
- Word (doc, docm, docx, dot, dotm, dotx, rtf)
- Excel (xlam, xls, xlsb, xlsm, xlsx, xltm, xltx)
- Power Point (pot, potm, potx, ppam, pps, ppsm, ppsx, ppt, pptm, pptx)
- Images (bmp, dib, gif, jfif, jif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, png, tif, tiff)

How to use WebPrint
- Log into the User Portal (print.unwsp.edu) and click Web Print
- Click Submit a Job
- Select a Printer, then click Print Options and Account Selection
- Enter the number of copies of the document you wish to print, then click Upload Documents
- Select your document and drag it into the browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari) or click Upload from Computer and select your document (Internet Explorer), then click Upload & Complete
- The print jobs will be uploaded to the server, processed and then sent to the printer (may take 30-60 seconds).
How to print web pages or other unsupported documents
If you want to print a web page or another unsupported document, you can convert the page or document to PDF first and then print the PDF via WebPrint.
