Create Report Subscription - Aquira

Aquira Report Subscriptions are created and managed by Aquira Admins - Contact Derek Murphey

  1. Determine the report you would like to automate, must already be an active report.

  2. Go to Reports > Report Subscriptions

  3. Click “New”

  4. From the Report: dropdown choose the report you would like to automate

  5. Then choose the filter (must be created with mode set to Subscription)

  6. Choose the format you would like to receive (Excel or PDF)

    1. This will auto-generate the subject and body - modify them as desired

  7. Set the start and end dates of your subscription

  8. Choose the frequency for this report

    1. Weekly will present Monday through Sunday

    2. Monthly will allow you to choose a single day of the month to run

  9. Go to subscribers to set who will receive this report via e-mail.

  10. Save at the top of the page

If the person to receive the report is not in Aquira they will need to be added by Derek Murphey
