Contract Attributes for WOWGOD Podcast

General information: Sales representatives are now encouraged to sell podcast advertising. Depending on what the customer would like, this advertising will air at the beginning, middle, or end of a podcast. WOWGOD Podcasts will have its own revenue stream, so to recognize that we have added a new attribute button you can choose when entering the contract in Aquira.

1. On the General tab of the Proposal/Contract, check the box for “Podcast Revenue” - example below.

2. This is Taxable, so please also choose “Advertising (Taxable)” under the Tax Status dropdown.

3. Then enter the rest of the contract as normal.

This will allow us to recognize the correct revenue, as well as include it in Commission reporting.
