Client Digital Signature - Aquira2GO
Northwestern Media utilizes Aquira Traffic & Billing software for Business Underwriting. To streamline our process, contract acceptance may be obtained with a Digital Signature tool.
When your station representative sends a Contract Confirmation for review/acceptance, you will receive an email containing a secure link to view the Contract. The email will be sent from <northwestern-media-contracts@unwsp.edu> with the subject line “Northwestern Media Signature Request.”

Copy and Paste the link to your browser.
Review the PDF Contract.
When you are ready to sign and accept the contract.
Type your name in “Sign Name.”
Set “Signature Page Number” equal to the last page # of the PDF.
Sign in the “Signature” box using your finger on a touch device or with click+hold using a mouse.
Check the “I accept the terms of the contract” box.
Click “Submit.”
After you submit your approval you will be able to view, save, and print a signed PDF version of the contract confirmation. You will also receive an email confirming acceptance.
