11.1 Student Health Clearance Policies

Overview

All nursing students must receive a health clearance to participate in clinical experiences. The purpose of the Health Clearance Form is to provide evidence that the student is free from communicable diseases, has had (or is in process of getting) all required immunizations, and is physically able to participate in the clinical setting.
